AI Crawler Analytics
See which AI crawlers visit your site, what they receive when they do, and which of your most important pages they never reach.
Who's reading your site
See the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google and other AI engines, and tell apart the ones that train models, the ones that search, and the ones that fetch a page because a person just asked a question. Google's and Microsoft's search crawlers also feed their AI answers and can't be blocked without affecting search, so Ziply reports them separately.
Verified, not assumed
Anyone can claim to be a known crawler. Ziply checks each visit and reports traffic that claims to be an AI crawler but comes from somewhere that crawler doesn't use.
Which pages they reach
See which pages AI crawlers have read, which priority pages they've never fetched, and how long after publishing a page is first read.
What they receive
See the errors served to AI crawlers — especially pages that fail for them while loading normally for everyone else, usually because of a firewall or bot rule. And see the pages that arrive nearly empty because their content needs JavaScript to appear.
Questions being asked right now
When someone asks an AI assistant a question and it fetches your page to answer, that's a buyer question reaching your content right now. Ziply counts those fetches by page and by topic. A page with no fetches isn't proof no one is asking — some assistants answer from pages they've already read.
How quickly updates are picked up
See how long after you change a page an AI crawler comes back to read it again, and which pages engines may still be answering from an older copy.
A crawl is not a citation
A crawler reading a page doesn't mean an engine will cite it. Ziply reports a crawl as a crawl, and never presents one as a citation.
Set up without engineering
Connect your CDN — Cloudflare, Vercel, Fastly or Akamai — or upload your server logs. Where a step needs your web team, send them a setup link and watch the source come online when they finish. There's no JavaScript tag to install, because AI crawlers don't run JavaScript.
Availability
AI Crawler Analytics is included from Core. On every package, the Site Audit still checks whether your pages arrive empty to AI crawlers and whether your robots rules block them.
Frequently asked questions
No. Performance reads the analytics and search tools you already use, and AI Crawler Analytics reads your CDN or server logs. AI crawlers don't run JavaScript, so a script would miss them.
The crawlers of the major AI assistants — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google and Microsoft — covering search, user-fetch and training crawlers. The list is kept current as vendors add new ones.
That's your decision. Ziply shows what each block costs: blocking an assistant's search or user-fetch crawler can keep your pages out of its answers, while blocking a crawler used only for training does not.
No, it's included from Core. The Site Audit on every package still checks whether pages arrive empty or are blocked by robots rules.
